Arturia’s\u00a0latest coup.\u00a0The MiniBrute 2S comes without any traditional keyboard, but with a massive hardware step-sequencer (triple-layered!), including rubber-pad keys plus sequencer-extras, such as swing factor and presets of exotic scales. The synthesizer section is identical to the MiniBrute 2,\u00a0including that massive 48-jack-patchbay.<\/p>\n

Now, taking a (very) close look at the patchbay, lots of “Ah’s” and “Oh’s” might pass your lips. Heaps of ins and outs here, heaps of possibilities to inter-act with modular synthesizers.\u00a0Figuring out that there’s even an inverter (very nice), the question arises,\u00a0if a battery of multiple-jacks wouldn’t also have been necessary.<\/p>\n

But ok,\u00a0talking about multiples, there are external possibilities and many different solutions in abundance. Be that as it may, the little MiniBrute 2S is a compact synthesizer with triple-layered step-sequencer, likely to become a dream-machine for\u00a0performance artists on stage.<\/p>\n
