This synthesizer is superficially similar to the EMS Synthi E. It uses regular 3,6 mm patch cords and a strange mechanical keyboard (although optional traditional keyboards were available). Developed for educational use, this synthesizer contains one VCO, one multimode-VCF, one LFO, one ADSR, two VCAs and some extras such as ring modulator, noise, inverter, portamento and an internal speaker. It produces great sounds, although it’s nowhere near as flexible as its brothers Synthi A / AKS.
